Vice President of Partner Marketing
I am the Vice President of Partner Marketing at REPAY, a premier full-service payment technology that provides omni-channel B2B and B2C integrated payment solutions. I have dedicated more than 20 years of my career to my passion for channel marketing and sales. I have been recognized by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, as an esteemed Women of the Channel for five consecutive years, and my deep expertise in marketing and channel automation tools has positioned me as a thought leader who helps organizations learn how to scale quickly. I live with my family in Scottsdale, AZ and enjoy spending time outdoors and going on eco-tourism adventures!
Senior Marketing Manager
I truly believe the value of this event and key to every marketer’s success is collaboration. Going on 13 years in the Microsoft Dynamics Channel, I love maneuvering through challenges, putting what I learn into action and teaching others. I have spent more than half those years doing what I’m most known for: finding strategic and creative ways to produce and promote in-house videos in the technology space as both an ISV and Partner. In my free time, I enjoy organizing my Sharpies in color order, playing with my pets, bird watching and gardening.
President, DAB Partners
Co-host, Enterprise Software Podcast
Before founding DAB Partners in 2017, I spent 20+ years in the mid-market ERP biz working for a major publisher, a large reseller, and several ISVs. DAB Partners allows me to focus on my passion, which is helping ISVs grow and strengthen their referral partnerships through networking, education, and to/through partner marketing. I’ve worked with hundreds of resellers and ISVs over the years, and I love to share what I’ve learned with the community!
I’m also a co-host on Enterprise Software Podcast, where my co-hosts and I talk all things mid-market software twice a month.

Technology Management Concepts
Hi there, I am Roland, the only marketing guy in the industry! Of course, I am kidding (Am I?) Also, I take marketing very seriously – my three marketing masters can attest of that - and believe that marketing is one of the most miss-understood (aka less understood) competencies in most companies and I make a point to highlight the “strategic” aspects of it instead of the “pretty & stylish” aspects.

Matt taught digital marketing strategy and tactics as an adjunct professor at the Tribeca School’s Digital Professional Institute. Matt’s bestselling book “Digital Marketers Sound Off” has ranked as the #1 book in the Web Marketing category on Amazon.
ERP/CRM Software Blogs
I am committed to the idea of “using the power of the group” to benefit the community as a whole. I have worked in sales and marketing in the Microsoft Dynamics channel since 1999. In 2009 I co-founded the ERP Software Blog and CRM Software Blog, now the largest group blogs in our channel with over 120 VAR/ISV members. I love all things related to marketing but blogging is my current claim to fame.
Organizer of The Partner Event (aka the original BBC Event)
I have 20 years of communications, publishing and event management experience. I’ve worked for very large companies (Microsoft), owned a very small one (The Partner Channel, Inc.) and have done project management work for a variety of industries. I am currently the Director of Communications for a hands-on learning company and focus on customer engagement through events, communications, and special badging and recognition programs.
I had the privilege of bringing BBC back the first time with my former boss, long-time friend and marketing extraordinaire, Spider Johnk, in 2004. Growing the event (and magazine), providing Partners with the opportunity to grow their skills in the areas of sales, marketing, and leadership, and making lifelong friends within the community was a highlight of my career. On the personal side...I live in Fargo, North Dakota (yes, people really live there!) with my husband Casey and 5 children (16 down to 7) plus a 5-year old rescue dog. I enjoy being active in my kids' activities, including serving as a team manager for Destination Imagination, take ballet and violin lessons, and am a Master Gardener.
I help software VARs and ISVs stand out from the crowd and better engage with customers and prospects. I’m dedicated to helping your company grow and reach your goals.
Before founding Epic Sky in 2015, I spent 7 years as an ERP end-user and worked for 17 years at multiple VARs in a variety of management roles.
My services include web design, email marketing campaigns, content marketing, social media, direct mail, print ads, plus trade show planning and booth design.
Think of Epic Sky as a one-stop marketing shop for your business.
I’m a seasoned entrepreneur with plenty of road rash earned by co-founding two fin-tech companies, one of which made the Deloitte Fast 50 list in 2004. In 2007, I launched PropelGrowth and enjoyed 10 years of growth from inbound leads based on thought leadership I was publishing and existing relationships in the financial industry. But in 2018, my partner and I decided to pivot to a new target market where we didn’t have an existing network. I didn’t have a big travel or conference budget, so meeting people in this new industry was tricky. But I had to generate new sales quickly (or my team would starve). I hate cold calling, so I researched LinkedIn lead generation techniques. After a bit of trial and error, I landed on a strategy that worked. Within 6 months, I made 500 new connections and booked 125 sales calls, using only LinkedIn and Google. It worked so well, I’ve now created a master class to help channel sales and marketing teams achieve the same results.
Digital Marketing Specialist
I am a Digital Marketer with experience in a variety of industries like wholesale fashion, entertainment, niche beauty, and technology. I have had the great opportunity to explore many avenues of marketing in my career so far. What I enjoy most about marketing is how it is always evolving. The pace of marketing allows me to expand my creativity, grow my technical aptitude, problem-solve and adapt quickly, and network with like-minded professionals who genuinely want to see you thrive. My greatest ambition in life is to use my talents and time to make a meaningful difference in the world.
The Partner Marketing Group
Marketing is the key driver of a company’s growth. Helping software and technology publishers, partners and ISVs amplify their marketing and revenue is my specialty, along with my extraordinary team. In 2008, I co-founded The Partner Marketing Group because I saw a lack of quality marketing resources and services specifically for the channel and industry I was so passionate about. As COO, I’ve had the privilege of building the most creative and experienced team of professional consultants, writers, designers and specialists in the business.

As a female business owner, I bring a unique perspective to a Technology firm and it is my passion to have a team that reflects this as we grow. Starting years ago, I have been passionate about investing in marketing which has allowed us to be ready for today’s challenges. I recently received a t-shirt “I just want to drink coffee and snuggle with my dog” which describes me when I am not working.

The ISV Society
Marketing has always been a passion of mine and I love to share my knowledge with others and learn from others in the field as well. Being in the channel since 1999, I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing companies. I have been able to learn and grow and gain a tremendous amount of experience. I am excited to help ISVs step-up their game with an exclusive membership just for them. I am a dog mom, mom of 4, nona of 1, and avid health and fitness junkie.
Sales and Marketing Director
As a self-proclaimed marketing geek, I love all things marketing strategy and automation in a world that is constantly evolving. My passion is to stay up to date with the latest trends and how to implement them on a SMB budget. As a member of the Microsoft ERP channel for over 10 years I have been able to marry my first love which was Excel spreadsheet that balances at the end of the month with my interest on how people buy software.
Krizik Marketing Group
Since the late 90’s, I’ve been fascinated by the psychology of marketing, and why we make the choices we do. I’ve spent the last 16 years in the ERP channel, helping partners and publishers step up their marketing game. Very few business owners wake up every day with marketing on their mind. I do. It’s what I love, and allows me to keep learning and growing, while helping hard-working businesses tell their story, in their customers’ language. I’ve spoken at numerous conferences, taught live classes, and ran the marketing track at the January 2020 Acumatica Summit. If I can leave you with one thing, it would be, “no tactics without strategy.”
I've helped numerous companies hone their goals & differentiators, and create marketing campaigns to match, so they get results, instead of increasing stats but not revenue. After building a successful Sales & Marketing career abroad, I returned to North America in 2010, and joined the ERP reseller ecosystem working with Acumatica, Sage, and NetSuite partners on their business strategy & marketing. This included managing 6 merger & acquisition transitions, working to grow a client from 32 staff & 330 clients to 88 staff & 1600 clients with 3x revenue growth in 5 years, and completing umpteen website overhauls to improve traffic, lead gen, and brand communication. I've also sat on multiple non-profit Boards, created & run a mentorship program, and have been a 'Women in Leadership' mentor for 3 years.
In 2020, I saw an opportunity to have an impact with more than one ERP partner at a time and Magnusson Enterprises was created. My top goals with any client are to make sure they're focusing on THEIR differentiators, not the product, and to remind everyone that even if we're selling B2B technology, we're always still dealing with people.
The B2B Sales Lead Experts
I’m honored to be considered one of America’s leading business-to-business marketing consultants and speakers and an expert on demand generation.
With more than 20 years of advertising, marketing and sales experience, I specialize in helping companies use marketing to build their brand, generate more qualified leads and drive increased sales. I’ve earned a reputation for getting results for my clients.
Previous to starting my business in 1990, I held sales and marketing management positions with manufacturing, media and marketing service companies. In addition to consulting, I teach university and graduate-level courses in sales, marketing, direct marketing and telemarketing. I also conduct seminars and workshops on the same subjects for leading corporations, institutions and associations around the world.
I have done over 140 workshops and seminars for Microsoft, starting with Great Plains and Solomon including the original BBC Event/The Partner Event.

Vice President of Marketing, US
I'm a results-driven, B2B marketing leader with 18+ years of experience building high-performing demand generation strategies and teams for Microsoft’s top Dynamics partners. With a blend of pragmatic approaches and an ability to see the big picture, I’ve helped these organizations achieve remarkable growth. Most of all, I’m passionate about improving marketing’s impact on sales, working smarter instead of harder, and helping others develop their marketing prowess.
